Our "On Time Guarantee" means that your rental is installed and ready to be used by the time you tell us your party starts, or it is FREE*! This is probably the biggest fear of all moms, dads, grandmas, and grandpas who rent an inflatable for their child or grandchild's special birthday or event... how do I know they will be here on time? What if they don't show up? This fear stems from bad experiences and reputations of inflatable companies, primarily associated with small businesses trying to make a few dollars on the weekend. Nonetheless, the fear is real, and along with the stress of anticipating 20 kids and parents showing up for your special party, getting the house cleaned, preparing food, etc - it can keep a party thrower awake at night! Bounce Orlando strives to alleviate this stress, by making sure the inflatable rental is something you do not have to worry about. We employ a number of means to assure you of a great, stress free rental experience. Immediately after your rental, you will be emailed a rental agreement which contains all of your rental information, so you can be certain your reservation was entered correctly. One to two days before your party, we will also give you a follow up call to reconfirm the reservation, resolve method of payment, review delivery and pickup times, address any weather related concerns, and answer any last minute questions that you may have! We then carefully plan our delivery schedules to ensure that your inflatable is delivered on or ahead of schedule. And if for some reason it's not set up before your party time, we put our money where our mouth is, and your inflatable rental will be FREE*!
