At Bounce Orlando, we guarantee your equipment will be clean and ready to go before your party starts! Each of our inflatables are fully cleaned and sanitized between rentals so you never have to worry! Our cleaning process starts with a visual inspection, notation, and repair of any damage or points of concern. Once the unit passes our fitness inspection, our crews fully vacuum and remove any loose debris before wiping down the entirety of the inflatable with SimpleGreen All-Purpose Cleaner. After the equipment has been cleaned and dried, we then sterilize all contact surfaces with SimpleGreen Pro HD3.
This non-toxic and environmentally friendly cleaner is found in hospitals around the world because of its effectiveness at killing 99.9% of over 75 viruses, bacteria, fungi, molds, and mildews! We recommend you also use this incredible product for cleaning high traffic areas and frequently touched surfaces before and after your next event. We most certainly do!

Bounce Orlando offers an industry exclusive On Time Guarantee to ensure that your rental is delivered on-time. Simply put, your inflatable will be delivered and setup by the time you tell us your party starts, or your rental is FREE! Some exclusions apply. Bounce Orlando is fully licensed and insured well beyond the requirements set forth by the State of Florida. This includes General Liability, Worker's Compensation, and Automotive Insurance. Our coverage allows us to lawfully operate in all of Central Florida's public parks, venues, schools, churches and businesses.
If you are looking for an inflatable for the first time, we strongly suggest you take a look at our FAQ to see what questions you should be asking an inflatable rental provider! Please be aware, the State of Florida DOES NOT regulate or require inflatable companies to carry all of the insurance coverage that we have. Some of these companies are able to offer lower prices but often lack insurance altogether! Ragardless of who you choose for your next event, we strongly recommend you ask them for documents proving their insurance coverage.

2. Request a quote, or pay your order's deposit to secure your reservation.
NOTE: No equipment is reserved for your order until the deposit is collected.
3. Confirm all order details on the Invoice Receipt sent to your email.
If any details are incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can correct them!
4. About 48 hours before your event, a Bounce Orlando operations team member will contact you to for our final confirmations.p
This call will typically cover the delivery address, point of contact, delivery and pick up windows, equipment reserved, access to dedicated utilities, and any other information that might be necessary including gate codes, special instructions, etc.
5. After confirming the order, you will receive a confirmation summary email with all of the details discussed.
NOTE: If we were unable to contact you during confirmations, this will be the information used while executing your order.
6. On the day of the event, your delivery crew will contact you while en route with an estimated time of arrival.
Be on the lookout for an unfamiliar phone number before your event! Crews typically call from their personal phones so you can respond to missed calls.
7. ENJOY YOUR EQUIPMENT!
Although we typically have the same crew deliver and pickup, we suggest contacting our operations hotline for any additional information or assistance after delivery.
This phone number can be found beneath the order contents on your Rental Agreement.
8. Prepare the equipment for pickup.
Be sure all loose debris, party favors, or personal belongings are removed from the inflatable and along with any remaining participants before our crew arrives.

Bounce Orlando offers the most fair and flexible cancellation policies in the industry. In addition to our standard cancellation policy, for residential orders, we now offer a 24 hour risk-free cancellation policy, should you need to cancel after you book your order. This means that after you have placed your order, you have up to 24 hours to cancel it for any reason and receive a full refund. No fees, no questions, 100% refund. Requests must be made over the phone at (407) 277-2288 or via email to Info@BounceOrlando.com.
We also understand that unforeseen circumstances arise and you may need to cancel your order beyond our 24 hour cancellation period. At Bounce Orlando, we allow our residential customers the opportunity to cancel at any time and for any reason, so long as our crews have not arrived at your party location. If you choose to cancel, we will refund all payments made with the exception of the deposit amount, which we will apply to your account as a raincheck that may be used up to one year from the cancellation date.

PLEASE NOTE: Large events are subject to exemption from our raincheck and cancellation policies at management's discretion. Customers whose events are subject to these exceptions will be notified prior to deposit payment.
